The short version

• LivCircle keeps only what you type in at signup, so it can plan your week.
• We never sell your information, show ads, or message anyone for you.
• Calendar access is for busy and free times only. We never see what your events are.
• You can delete everything at any time.

Who we are

LivCircle is made by Maia Commons LLC. This page covers the LivCircle app and the preview at livcircle.com/demo.

What we keep

Only what you tell us at signup:

• A few friends: their first names, roughly when you last saw them, and a phone number if you add one so “Send” goes to the right person.
• Your dream project: the one thing you want to make time for.
• Sports you like (up to three).
• A checkup reminder, only if you ask for one: how often to nudge you, and roughly when your last checkup was.
• When you’re usually free (for example, weekday evenings).
• This week’s plan: which suggestions you said yes to or pushed back.

We don’t ask your age, and LivCircle doesn’t give medical advice.

Where it’s kept

• If you don’t sign in, your answers stay on your phone or in your browser. They never reach us.
• If you sign in with Google or Apple, your answers are saved with your account so they show up on each device you use. We also get your name and email address from Google or Apple, to know it’s you.

Accounts are stored with Supabase, our sign-in and database provider. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

Your calendar

• Google Calendar: if you connect it, LivCircle asks Google only for times you’re busy, so it doesn’t suggest a plan on top of something else. It can’t see event names, places or who’s invited. The access is kept on your device, not by us.
• iPhone calendar: busy times are checked on your phone. When you tap “Add to calendar”, LivCircle adds that one event.

LivCircle’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your contacts and messages

• On iPhone you can pick a friend from your contacts. LivCircle only gets the one person you pick, not your whole address book.
• LivCircle writes a message for you. You send it yourself, from Messages or WhatsApp. We never read your messages.
• If you use “Ask your AI”, you paste a reply from ChatGPT or Claude into LivCircle. It’s read on your device to fill in your answers. We don’t send it anywhere.

What we don’t do

• No selling or sharing your information with advertisers or data brokers.
• No ads, and no tracking you across other apps or websites.
• No messaging, calling or inviting anyone without you.

Deleting your information

• Not signed in: clear the app’s data, or your browser’s data for livcircle.com.
• Signed in: email us and we’ll delete your account and everything saved with it within 30 days.
• You can also remove LivCircle’s access to Google at any time from your Google Account.

Children

LivCircle isn’t meant for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly keep information about children.

Changes and questions

If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app first.
